Altos reports a Market Action Index of 46, above last month’s 44 reading, and describes the market as “Strong Seller's Market.” Median market time is 42 days, while 13.6% of active listings have recorded a price decrease.
With 22 active homes, a 13.6% price-reduction rate, and a 42-day median market time, Alamo’s limited supply does not guarantee seller leverage at every price point. Study individual property history closely and separate unique estate value from optimistic asking prices.
